- Check-in always according to prior aggreement 24 hours before, Check-out til 10.00 a.m.

- all prices include bed linen and towels, there are no additional costs
- please pay in cash at arrival
- you can book a breakfast at 7 euros per person/day
- at very busy weekends we may only be able to offer a room for two or three nights
- We don't accomodate any animals.
Cancellation fees
- cancellation up to 19 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: no cancellation fee
- cancellation within 28 to 9 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 40% of total cost of booking
- cancellation within 8 to 2 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 60% of total cost of booking
- less than 2 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 100% of total cost of booking
